Here are the answers to common questions
Planning a holiday (whether as a couple or with your family) requires a bit of organization – we know it well. That’s why we’ve gathered answers to the questions we are most often asked: from check-in times and hotel services for children, to booking procedures and more.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
If you arrive earlier or leave later, you can still leave your luggage at the reception and enjoy the common areas.
Do you offer half board or full board?
Yes! During peak season (summer and Christmas holidays), you can choose between half board or full board.
During mid and low season, we offer half board or overnight stays with breakfast.
It is also possible to add individual lunches to the half board option.
How does booking and payment work?
You can book your stay directly on our website, by email or phone. Once availability is confirmed, we will ask you for a deposit via bank transfer to secure your booking.
You will pay the final balance for your stay directly at the hotel upon departure. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
In case of cancellation, our booking policy conditions apply. These will be provided at the time of confirmation, or you can request them at any time
What time are meals served?
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Our kitchen offers traditional dishes, homemade desserts, and menus designed for children as well as guests with dietary restrictions.
Are there services for young children?
Of course! We provide a complimentary baby kit, including a baby bathtub, toilet seat reducer, bottle warmer, nightlight, and much more.
In the dining room, you’ll find a kids’ buffet and personalized baby food available upon request.
In our Mini Club, children aged 3 and up can have fun every day with our qualified entertainers.
Is the Mini Club included? From what age?
Yes, the Mini Club is included in your stay. It runs from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, for children aged 3 to 10. Younger children can participate if accompanied by an adult.
Do you organize activities or excursions?
From Monday to Saturday, we offer guided excursions in the Primiero Valley and surrounding areas, suitable for families with young children and trekking strollers.
We also organize a day at the family mountain hut, with tastings and sensory walks.
Do you have rental services?
Yes, we offer trekking strollers, child carrier backpacks, sleds in winter, e-bikes with trailers, trekking poles, bicycles, and much more.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, dogs are welcome in the rooms (with a small supplement of €15 per stay), but they are not allowed in the restaurant.
All rooms are carpet-free to ensure maximum hygiene.
